- General Agreement
This Terms of Service (General Membership Agreement or Membership Agreement) between you ("You", "Member", "User" or "Advertiser") and Refbacnclix.com, sets out the terms of your membership. You must read, understand and agree to the terms and conditions of this Membership Agreement. If You do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this Membership Agreement Refbacnclix.com is unwilling to allow You to become a Member.
1 - Account
1) You are not an employee of Refbacnclix.com and you are not an independent contractor for Refbacnclix.com. We simply create a middle-man connection from the advertiser to the consumer. You or Refbacnclix.com has the right to terminate this relationship at any time.
2) You may only have one account. Do not attempt to create more than one account or all of your accounts will be terminated. You should never need another account. If you have forgotten your user information all you need to do is request for it to be e-mailed to you.
3) We have the right to suspend or terminate your account if you break the Terms of Service, without warning or notice. If we decide to give a notice, we will notify you by e-mail. If you are caught cheating in any way, your account will be deleted without notice.
4) Sending unsolicited mail to people, asking them to join Refbacnclix.com without any prior contact with you is not only against our policy, but it is also illegal. We have ZERO tolerance against spamming and if we receive just ONE SINGLE complaint against you for spamming, we will verify the incident and then take the necessary steps for terminating your account.
5) Accounts that are inactive for 60 days or more may be suspended. If your account is suspended due to inactivity, contact us and we will re-open your account. Please be advised that you will lose all of your earnings after this process.
2 - Referrals
1) You can refer an unlimited amount of people to join the program but you will only earn referral income those that you DIRECTLY refer.
2) You may refer other people in your household. They must have a valid unique e-mail address and valid unique AlertPay, Paypal or any other used processor address/account to register with our program, along with a unique internet connection (IP) and computer. Only one account per customer. You may only promote your referral link in foreign languages if you do not translate any parts of the site, as English knowledge is required to be a member.
3 - Withdrawals
1) All payments are made via Alertpay, OkPay and Paypal.
2) The minimum amount to request a payment is $2.00 for Standard members and $1.00 for Upgraded members.
3) Payments are sent within 15 days for Standard members and within 5 days for Upgraded members.
4) You can only request one payment at a time.
5) You must have a valid unique e-mail address and valid unique AlertPay, Liberty Reserve or Paypal address/account to receive your payment.
4 - Advertisers
1) The website must not contain pornographic, racist, discriminating, vulgar, illegal, or other adult materials of any kind. The website must not contain any frame breakers. The website must not contain or promote any viruses. If you try to promote any one of these sites your ad will be canceled and you will lose the remaining credits.
5 - Cheating
1) Auto-Click/Software. If you are offering or found to be promoting or using any unauthorized third party software or services used to "auto-click", "auto-surf", "ad-alert", or circumvent or defraud Refbacnclix.com your account will be terminated without notice. Deletion of your account due to any of these violations results in forfeiture of all account balances. Please note legal action may also be initiated.
6 - Refund Policy
1) Fees for upgrading your membership or purchasing intangible items are generally non-refundable. Your money can be refunded if there is a proved mistake during your purchase. Except this, all purchases are non-refundable and money refund requests will lead to account suspension.
7 - Changes to the Terms of Service
1) This agreement can change at anytime. Although we have the right to change this agreement without any prior notice to our members, we will send out an e-mail to all of our members about the change. If for any reason you do not accept the changes, you will need to contact us, and your account will be deleted.
