I have signed up for A Site, Should i start clicking to earn, or wait untill it is approved?

You can start clicking right after your registration. All of your clicks will be paid.

MY Stats for Ref Back JCC signup says i have no clicks, and i have quite a bit..
 Also My Twitter is 
Surf spread or @SurfSpreading

Clicks have to be updated manually so they're not gonna be constantly updated. In the worst scenario they will only be updated when a payout is received from that PTC. But don't worry because you will get paid for every click you make.

isnt this going to effect my Cashout from this site? maybe not.. im not worried i guess.. just not going to do n e more without being rewarded

This only affects access to some forum boards with special benefits and rewards you with the cash bonus indicated on the 1st post. Right now you have received a $0,20 bonus because you've reached Level 2.

Go to Ref Back at the main menu and then you can choose Paying or New Sites at Sites List. Register and than confirm your registration by clicking over the percentage. You can also check your status of each site at Your Stat page inside RefBack.

where should i check to know my stats?

and also
how can i know how much i gain from the siteS?

Go to Ref Back -> Your Stat and there you can see all your stats (Site Status, Clicks made, Clicks paid, Money earned per site)
