Database Server Crash - Info Topic

Today the MySQL Server where RNC database is hosted has unexpectedly crashed. Probably many of you have noticed some downtime.
 
Althought I had setup a daily backup to prevent this kind of situations, unfortunately it was not working correctly since September due to reasons which I was not aware. So, there will be some loss of data and also many manual updates for me to do.
 
I'm already thinking in a compensation plan for your losses.
 
Main Losses / Solutions

Referred Referrals - I'll manually assign back your referrals if you prove me they are yours. I will also sell referrals at $0,10 for a limited time.
 
Earnings - to compensate the earnigns loss I'll add daily extra ads.
 
 
I'm sorry for the inconvenience caused. Hope you understand that I thought I had a prevention measure for this problems working correctly.
 
I'll keep you updated as I go solving the situation. The site will be under maintenance until everything is fixed.

I was able to recover all forum database. This allows me to recover all members accounts lost since the last site backup. The only problem is that it doesn't has info about referrer/referrals.

Im manually restoring all accounts, orders, payouts and other important informations.

Unfortunately this week I have very few free time, so it's taking me more time than I wish.
I expect to have the site back online at December 1st.

Althought it's only a bit my fault on this situation, I feel very bad for RNC and its members.

I'm trying to be the fastest I can and I'll make sure to compensate every single member.

The site is back online and until the end of 2011 there will be more than $0,08 daily to click and referrals will be sold at $0,10 each in a Special Pack.
 
After restoring database I've mannualy updated:
- memberships
- orders
- payments
- ads credits
 
 
What do I need you to do:
 
1 - If you have problems loggin in, just use the Lost Password feature in the login page
2 - Update you profile info
3 - Re-apply to all PTCs you registered in Refback Program (I'll wait 1 week and then I'll credit all refbacks)
4 - Check your ads, they may be outdated
5 - If you have any problem or doubt contact me or post in forum
 
 
There's still small things I have to do during the next days but they dont affect members or the site functionality.
